The payment is automatically taken from the bank account with the help of debit card detail that the customer has provided. It is essential to have the required amount in your bank account because delay in payment can increase the interest charges.
What is Continuous Payment Authority?
CPA (continuous payment authority) is utilized by some lenders to retrieve the payment. This means that the lender is allowed to withdraw funds from the account of customers. The lender can also make several attempts to withdraw the amount, if the amount is not available in the account of customer. Customers can cancel the CPA by contacting their lender or their banks and request for cancellation.
What is the security of information of customers that they submit while applying for the loan?
We keep the personal information of our customer confidential and keep this information for a specific amount of time, normally until we have resolved their issues and find a lender for them. We store the information of our customer according to the GDPR 2016 and secure the information as per our Privacy Policy.
Can you apply for the loan, if you don’t have a debit card?
Debit card is a requirement of application and customers can not apply for loan without a valid debit card.
What if the customer is having some difficulties in payment?
The customer should analyze his financial capacity and only apply for the amount of loan that he can pay on the agreed pay date. But if the customer is not able to pay the fees on the agreed date then he should speak to his lender right away and discuss the alternative ways or solutions for this problem. If the customer is going through some financial problems then we recommend him to not take any further loans and discuss the payment of previous loan with someone and find a way to repay them to avoid any additional interest charges. What is the payment method of Pride Loans UK?
We do not charge any fees for our services. But if the customer accepts the loan offer of one of our lenders then we do take some commission from the lender.
